Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and the services that Vantu S.L. offers through it. They do not cover the employment relationship between a professional and the client; that relationship is governed by its own contract.

2. Service description

Vantu helps companies build and run technical teams in Vietnam. Recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day support are coordinated by Vantu S.L. in Spain, employment in Vietnam is carried out through a licensed local partner, and contracting may be signed with Vantu LLC in Singapore, as stated on the home page. Vantu is not an Employer of Record platform.

3. Obligations of the parties

The client provides accurate information about the roles it needs, takes part in the selection process and pays the agreed fees on time. Vantu presents suitable candidates, coordinates onboarding and stays available for the life of the engagement.

4. Liability

Vantu is liable for the direct damage caused by a proven breach of its obligations, up to the amount paid by the client in the twelve months before the event. Vantu is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or decisions the client takes about its team.

5. Intellectual property

The work produced by a team member for the client belongs to the client once the corresponding fees are paid. Vantu keeps the ownership of its own methods, materials and this website.

6. Governing law

When the agreement is signed with Vantu S.L., Spanish law applies and the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction. When it is signed with Vantu LLC, the law of Singapore applies and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page at least 15 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.
