How much does a team in Vietnam cost?
Figures go in the proposal, not on the website. On the onboarding call, which is free, we go through the salary bands for the profiles you want and everything the monthly service covers. We start projects from 2 positions.
Can you hire just one person?
No. We start projects with a minimum of 2 technical positions at once, because one person alone in another country gets isolated and eventually leaves. We mostly work with companies of 10 to 60 employees opening several roles in parallel.
Who legally employs my team?
A licensed partner in Vietnam. That partner runs payroll, tax, social insurance and contracts, 100% legally in the country. You never sign anything with the Vietnamese authorities.
What happens if someone on the team wants to leave?
We know before you do. Our HR team speaks with your engineers in Vietnamese, weekly during onboarding and monthly after that, so the signal reaches us before it turns into a resignation. We tell you what to change while it can still be changed.
We tried offshore before and it did not work. What is different here?
In most cases what breaks is the follow-up. An Employer of Record platform finishes its job when the contract is signed, and after that nobody speaks to the person again. Vantu keeps both channels open, with your team and with you, month after month.
