1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is Vantu S.L., with registered address at P.º de la Castellana, 43, Chamberi, 28046 Madrid, Spain. You can reach us at privacy@vantu.work.

2. What data we collect

We collect the fields you send through the contact form: name, work email, company and the message you write. Our servers also keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited, for security and maintenance. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Purposes

We use the data from the contact form to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and manage the service agreement. Server logs are used only to keep the site secure and running.

4. Legal basis

We answer enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us, and of the pre-contractual steps you request. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in the security of the site. Where the law asks for consent, we ask for it first.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship requires a longer period. Server logs are kept for 12 months. When a period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. International transfers

Parts of our team work from Vietnam through a licensed local partner, and Vantu LLC in Singapore supports contracting. When client data is accessed from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data at any time by writing to privacy@vantu.work. We answer within one month.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will announce it on the home page before it takes effect.
